DAY 1: Arrive at Chapelco airport, San Martin de los Andes, (most flights arrive at midday) and meet your guide.  Transfer to our starting point at Indian communities from where we will start our riding holiday.

After settling in our pack horse and a light lunch, a good afternoon ride where you can get to know your horse and the grounds.  We will be riding along mountains and valleys, famous for it’s’ trout fishing and very close to the magnificent Lanin Volcano.

DAY 2: In the morning we leave the place taking all the stuff on our pack horse, taking our lunch with us, and preparing ourselves for a whole day in the wilds. Lunch will be by a stream, where we’ll enjoy of local food, meat, fruit and vegetables. A great opportunity for comfort stop, have some wine, a “mate” and stretch your legs.

.In the afternoon, we set up the campsite where we will be spending the next 3 nights. Enjoy a good "asado" (barbecue) dinner and all the magic of Patagonian nights.

DAY 3 to 5: After breakfast, we start our morning ride, exploring the wilds, riding up into the hills, crossing creeks and gullies, enjoying magnificent sceneries and some wild life.

Spend next 3 days riding into the Andes; exploring the “Lenga” forests, following cattle tracks up into the mountains, stopping to enjoy the stunning views, dominated at all times by the Lanin Volcano, and reaching the wonderful “Araucaria” forests, which are really fantastic in this area of the country.

After a good day’s ride, in the evening, when we get back to our camp a quick swim in the river and relax next to the campfire to enjoy another delicious dinner.

DAY 6:  After breakfast we can go for a short ride and meet our transfer who will take us back to San Martin to airport (Chapelco) to catch your flight.

This itinerary may be changed, depending on the weather or other circumstances.
